WHAT OR WHO IS SE OUTFITTERS? 

The S and the E stand for Saltwater Experience.  It stands for exceptional quality and the work ethic that allowed both Rich Tudor and Tom Rowland to excel in the guiding profession.  No one else runs or owns SE Charters.  This service is owned and operated by Tom Rowland and Rich Tudor.  The guides are trained by Tom and Rich and have to answer to them on a daily basis.

The only reason…the ONLY reason that Tom and Rich made names for themselves and eventually elevated themselves to the level that you see on Saltwater Experience, Saltwater Game and the many other shows that you see them on, is because they started out as guides.  Making a living as a guide is far different than just passing the time.  Both Tom and Rich raised their children strictly through their guide business.  If they did not do a good job for their clients, their family would suffer. This is some strong motivation to be a great fishing guide.  They learned how to treat customers so that they would return year after year.  They learned the fine arts of communication and respect for their customers as well as they learned the intricate waters of the Florida Keys.  This experience is passed to the guides who work for SE Outfitters. 

Our chief goals for every customer of SE Outfitter to:

4.      Return to SE Outfitters every year

You may notice that we did not place “catching a ton of fish” at the top of the list.  In fact, it is not on the list.  This is because the best fishing trip is an experience rather than a numbers game.  How much are you going to enjoy the biggest fish you have ever caught if your guide is yelling at you, hungover or generally a displeasure to be with?  None of that happens here.  Your guide will treat you with respect and do everything in his power to show you the best time on the water that you have ever had.  Oh yeah, we also catch a lot of fish, too!
