Coach Ethan Reeve joins Tom to tell you how to use his training philosophy of Density Training to set a new personal record on pullups. Density training is a philosophy that Coach Reeve pioneered and has used effectively at University of Tennessee Chattanooga, McCallie School, Wake Forest and with many National teams in different sports.
The philosophy is simple but incredibly effective. It can be applied to Olympic athletes or someone recovering from a knee replacement.
Learn how you can apply it to increase your pullups from 5 to 20 or from 1 to 10. The same principles can be applied to any exercise.
